What You’ll Do- Provide high-quality lawn care services to residential and commercial properties in a safe, timely, and professional manner
- Apply lawn treatments using hand and powered equipment
- Perform soil analysis and address weeds, insects, and lawn diseases
- Educate customers on proper lawn care and recommend solutions tailored to their property
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services that benefit the customer and grow our business
- Communicate clearly and professionally while resolving questions or concerns on-site
- $19–$20 per hour, based on experience
- Hourly, non-exempt position
