We offer an hourly rate of $10.00 to $14.00 with an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction processed!

Position Summary: We seek entry-level, full-time sales associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, maintaining the sales floor, and engaging with customers to provide financial solutions. The role offers hourly pay plus commission based on productivity.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Customer engagement and rapport building.
• Open/close procedures, maintaining store presentation.
• Processing transactions according to policies and regulations.
• Handling cash and negotiable items securely.
• Effective communication with customers and team members.
• Participating in training and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work with firearms and obtain certification if necessary.
• Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and teamwork orientation.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, basic math skills, and cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; computer literacy required.
