Mid Cities Psychiatry specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of mental health illnesses, including treatment‑resistant depression and substance‑use disorders. We are looking for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs).

Job Description
  • Provides one‑on‑one psychotherapy/counseling for clients 16 years and older.
  • Completes client notes in a timely fashion.
  • Full‑time Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

  • Passive and active clinical collaboration.
  • Open‑door policy for Medical Director, CEO.
  • Providers focus on clinical work; administrative work handled by respective departments.
  • Appointments are not double‑booked.
  • Hybrid appointments scheduled based on patient needs.
Benefits
  • $55,000.00 – $85,000.00 salary.
  • Medical insurance (eligibility begins first day of month after 60 days of employment).
  • Dental & vision benefits (eligibility begins first day of month after 60 days of employment).
  • PTO, public holidays, sick leave, CME time‑off.
  • 401k contribution 3.0% after 12 months continuous employment.
  • Quarterly bonus.
  • Up to $1,000.00 annually toward CME, professional dues, memberships, books, journals and miscellaneous items.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree (required).
  • US work authorization (required).
  • Licensed to provide mental health treatment in Texas (required).
  • Strong clinical background with solid experience in psychotherapy.
  • Highly organized, self‑motivated, collaborative, curious and proactive.
  • Responsive to a fast‑paced environment.
  • Must have a working knowledge of EMR/EHR.
  • Bi‑lingual is a plus.
