! We're looking for a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service, repair and tire sales centers in the Eunice, LA area. Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States, with over 2,000 retail locations.

Automotive Alignment Technicians use the latest equipment to align newly-mounted tires and wheels on customer vehicles. By measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe and thrust angles, we reduce tire wear and ensure vehicles travel straight and true. Alignment Technicians also complete state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, flat repairs, and perform any other required automotive service or vehicle repairs.

• Use alignment equipment to measure and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles on customer vehicles.
• Perform state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, flat repairs, and other automotive services.
• Align newly-mounted tires and wheels on customer vehicles to improve tire wear and vehicle straightness.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach, and lift items weighing over 50 pounds regularly.

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or a combination of education, training and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. A state inspection license is preferred.

Alignment Technicians are required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach and perform repeated movements consistent with vehicle and tire maintenance and repair. Alignment Technicians must regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
