DescriptionThe staff R.N. is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via the nursing process, the therapeutic environment, treatment and modalities and interdisciplinary collaboration. BLS required. ACLS preferred. Specialty certification preferred
Qualifications- Current RN licensure in the state of Louisiana
- Physical/emotional stamina
- Communicates in a clear and understandable manner appropriate to the age/developmental stage of the patient or visitor
- Demonstrates good interpersonal skills
- Meets specific departmental criteria and/or certifications
