Optum is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver direct nursing care in patients' homes within the Eunice LA area. You will document care, coordinate services with the care team, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes under supervisor guidance.
You will need current LA LPN licensure, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible hours to meet client needs. Prior LA home-health experience is a plus.
