The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to manage and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, and support activities including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Proactively communicate with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress, issues, and solutions.
• Accurately and promptly complete planograms and resets.
• Perform store measurements and cycle counts accurately.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service following GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value and appreciate the customer.
• Ensure customers have a shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage during busy times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred. Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; however, literacy and numeracy skills are essential regardless of education level.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

• Indoor and outdoor work environments with moderate noise; surfaces are generally hard (concrete, asphalt).
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, often for extended periods.
• Adhere to safety guidelines to promote a safe work environment.

• Travel as needed within district.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lifting or reaching overhead with merchandise.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment including computers and cash registers.
• Read, write, and count accurately.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete training successfully.
• Operate necessary equipment (excluding forklift and baler if under 18).
• Lifting up to 50 pounds; driving; standing, walking, reaching overhead.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds across the store.
• Maintain physical and mental stamina to move safely and efficiently throughout the store and outdoor areas.
