Sales Consultant Part-Time

Employees earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate are provided during the first 60 days of employment. Paid time off accrues at a minimum of 40 hours per year for the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter. Minimum state‑law paid sick leave applies where applicable.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer‑service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or peak vacation periods.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

All Sales Consultants must complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. The class may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Various online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment.
