Schedule:
Monday through Fridays 8 am to 5 pm - on-call rotates between providers after hours with nurses taking the call first and elevating it if needed. In-person response is not required during on-call. - Worksite Setting: PACE- home visits and clinic. Comprehensive senior care
- Scope of Work: 6 to 8 depending on clinic or home visit and acuity.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA Lic, BC Covid/ flu vaccines are required during flu season or they are required to wear a mask
