Salary Range: $218,192 $ 284,689 annually + benefits

Requirements to Apply

• Current California Physician & Surgeon License with no past or pending disciplinary actions
• Current and valid DEA registration
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Minimum two (2) years of experience working with a frail or elderly population, ideally in a hospital or long-term care setting
• Strong computer proficiency and effective communication skills
• Self-motivated, flexible, and collaborative team player
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
