The importance of water to the health of our world can’t be overstated. As the frequency and intensity of floods, droughts and storms increases, the water industry must continue to build resiliency and lead from the front. We are looking for a Graduate Engineer
- Linear Infrastructure based in our Eureka, CA office. This project-focused role offers the opportunity to demonstrate technical expertise, local relationships and deep knowledge on challenging projects.

• Identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems and procedures and use established change management programs to address them.
• Carry out a range of product development and engineering activities, using established systems to analyse customer needs and define and deliver products.
• Support the drafting of engineering standards and specifications and evaluate the effectiveness of those standards under the guidance of senior colleagues.
• Help others get the most out of knowledge management systems by offering support and advice.
• Develop own capabilities through participation in assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant.
• Contribute to the development of, and implement feasibility testing of, proposed engineering solutions to provide feedback and data to validate the design.

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or similar)
• Masters Degree preferred

• 0-2 years’ experience
• Possession of an Engineer in Training (E.I.T.) Certificate preferred

$64,500 - $79,500 based on experience.
