Under the supervision of the Director, the Provider Relations Representative functions as a liaison among the contracted physician/specialist offices and St. Joseph Heritage Healthcare. This position provides ongoing communication, in-service, orientation, and direction to these contracted provider offices.

Required Qualifications

• 1 year Experience working with physicians in a managed care/IPA, Medical group, health plan or MSO environment with Provider Relations or Customer Service experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management.
• 2 years Managed care Provider Relations experience.
