Job Title: Locum Tenens - Family Medicine NP/PA
Location: California State
Position Overview: Our team at Vitaly Health is looking for a Family Medicine NP/PA to join our Medical Center on an ongoing Locum Tenens basis, with a start date of November 2025. Requirements:
- Board Certified
- Licensed in California State
- BLS Certification Required
- No Additional Certifications are Required
- Fellowship Status Preferred
- EPIC Preferred
