Radiology Technologist – Relocation Assistance Offered

Role at Providence – St. Joseph Hospital Eureka, CA. Full‑time, 8‑hour day shifts.

Radiology Technologist in the Radiology Diagnostic Main Unit. Under the direction of the Department Director and supervision of the Radiology Supervisor, you will perform advanced technical diagnostic imaging procedures and related activities using age‑specific criteria according to department standards. You will serve as a customer service representative to patients, their families, the public, and the medical staff; participate in quality control and organizational improvement activities;

act as a technical and clinical role model for less experienced radiologic technologists; participate in call schedules to meet staffing needs; and travel to and from off‑campus locations to perform radiographic or fluoroscopic procedures when requested.

• Graduate of a program in radiologic technology approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education & Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
• California Radiologic Technologist upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.

• Experience as a hospital‑based radiographer.
