Labor and Delivery (L&D) Nurse in a healthcare facility specializing in high-risk obstetric care. This position involves providing comprehensive care to obstetric patients, including assisting with high-risk deliveries, cesarean sections, and postpartum care. The role requires adaptability to float within scope to meet clinical and operational needs.

  ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP.

  Valid state license; compact license accepted in lieu of standard license.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 1 year experience required in a labor and delivery setting.
• Schedule:
  
  Days shift, 12 hours per shift, 48 hours per week minimum.
• Responsibilities include assisting with high-risk obstetric procedures, neonatal assessments, postpartum teaching, and ensuring patient safety and compliance with clinical protocols.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Experience with high-risk OB care, circulating on cesarean sections, and familiarity with electronic fetal monitoring.
• Float:
  Float rotation may be required.
• Submission Requirements:
  Candidates must include responses to past work at Providence facilities and provide two recent references covering at least one year within the past three years.
