Personal Lines Account Manager

• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients.
• Provide consistent, accurate, and timely communication via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Meet with clients to review accounts and address insurance needs.
• Educate clients on coverage options and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Accurately document client activity in the Agency Management System.
• Process incoming emails and client requests promptly.
• Issue certificates of insurance, , policies, and related documents.
• Quote, sell, and service personal lines insurance policies.
• Prepare applications, submit to carriers, and obtain client signatures.
• Manage policy renewals and maintain accurate client files.

• Must hold a current California Property & Casualty Insurance License

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales goals.

• $20.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
