Providence Medical Group Cardiology is seeking a full‑time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its Cardiology team in Eureka, CA. This ambulatory role involves patient follow‑ups, pre‑op clearance, cardiac device care, medication reviews and refills, triage care and more. Ideal candidates have cardiology experience and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

- Compensation range $142,325‑$169,617 per year (salary reflecting starting range; may include bonuses, incentives, call stipends, shift incentives and other cash compensation)
