Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) – Up to $183K | Monday–Friday Schedule | Relocation Up to $15K

Join a collaborative care team in Eureka, CA, where you’ll provide compassionate, patient-centered care across the full spectrum of women’s health from annual exams to deliveries to postpartum support.

This is a weekday, clinic-based position in a coastal Northern California community known for its natural beauty and strong sense of purpose in healthcare. No deliveries or inpatient care.

• Earn up to $183,000/year, depending on experience*
• Weekday schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (lunch 12–1)
• Relocation support: Up to $15,000 reimbursement
• Work at a highly respected community health center with a collaborative OB/GYN team

What You’ll Do:

• Provide prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care in a clinic-based setting
• Perform gynecologic services, including well-woman exams and contraceptive management
• Manage labor and delivery care, including emergency interventions when needed
• Conduct and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
• Collaborate closely with OB/GYNs, family medicine providers, and care teams
• Educate patients and families on reproductive health, nutrition, and wellness
• Maintain detailed documentation in the EMR
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings

What You’ll Need:

• Completion of an accredited Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) program
• California CNM license (or ability to obtain before start)
• DEA license
• Current CPR certification
