Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, update documentation in the electronic medical record (Epic).

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to hospital protocols.

• Respond to patient emergencies promptly and effectively.

• Float between units within the hospital or to nearby affiliated facilities as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Active California RN license in hand.

• Minimum of 3 years of ICU experience.

• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic electronic health record system.

• Ability to work night shifts and weekends, including major holidays.

• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
