Redwood Coast PACE in Eureka, CA seeks a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care and care coordination for participants in a PACE program. Responsibilities include assessments, Plan of Care development, medication management, and communication with providers, caregivers, and the IDT.
The position requires CA RN licensure, BLS, and a preference for 1 year in frail/elderly care. Schedule is Mon–Fri, 8:30 am–5 pm, with occasional on-call coverage and home visits.
