The House Supervisor plays a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of various patient care departments within our hospital. This position is all about ensuring efficient workflows, adherence to policies, and delivering high-quality support services that contribute to exceptional patient care.

RN House Supervisor – Mercy Hospital Washington
Part-Time | 16 hrs/week | Tues & Wed | 3 PM–11 PM
(Includes 2 holidays per year – 1 major, 1 minor)

As the go-to leader during evening shifts, you will:
- Support nursing units and manage patient placement
- Ensure smooth operations across departments
- Collaborate with ED, inpatient, and outpatient teams to maintain efficient and safe patient flow
- Oversee staffing and admissions as the Administrative Supervisor
- Act as the leadership representative when others are off-site
- RN License in Missouri
- 3–5 years hospital experience
- Leadership experience preferred (Charge Nurse, Clinical Lead, Supervisor)
- BLS & ACLS required before orientation
