SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Junior Software Engineer with a strong foundation in web application development and a desire to grow technical skills in a mission-critical environment. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and contribute to enterprise applications built on Microsoft technologies and hosted in secure, cloud-based environments. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with senior developers and architects in an Agile development team.

• Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of web applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support integration of structured and unstructured data into enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Contribute to system documentation and technical support activities.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Secret clearance or higher.
• Up to 2–4 years of experience in software development (internships and project experience considered).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure PaaS and tools like Azure Dev Ops.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

• Exposure to Dynamics 365 and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with data visualization or integration of structured/unstructured data.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
