We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience developing and maintaining enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, and data integration, along with the ability to mentor junior staff and lead components of Agile development projects. This role involves both hands-on coding and solution leadership in a secure, mission-critical environment.

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise web applications using Microsoft technologies.
• Lead technical implementation tasks, provide guidance to mid-level and junior engineers, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with architects to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions.
• Integrate structured and unstructured data into enterprise systems to support operational processes.
• Build and maintain applications in Azure PaaS environments using Azure Dev Ops pipelines.
• Support Business Intelligence (BI) development and advanced reporting capabilities.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and promote Agile development principles.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with security standards.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Secret clearance or higher.
• 8+ years of experience in web application development.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and full SDLC execution.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior engineers.

• Experience in DoD or secure government IT environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and cloud security best practices.
• Familiarity with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with BI solutions, data visualization, and integration of heterogeneous data sources.
