Commercial Project Coordinator

An opportunity is available for a Commercial Project Coordinator in Greeley/Evans, Colorado. This full-time, direct-hire position is suited to an experienced construction professional responsible for guiding on-site work, directing trade crews, tracking milestones, and ensuring projects meet established safety and workmanship requirements.

The successful candidate will help drive field productivity, keep teams aligned, address day-to-day challenges, and support the delivery of completed buildings that meet client expectations.

This is a full-time, direct-hire position based in Evans, CO, offering an annual salary of $75,000 to $95,000.

• Guide daily activities across active building sites, including labor teams, specialty trades, and material suppliers.
• Track project milestones, organize work phases, arrange deliveries, and prepare for required inspections.
• Monitor site practices to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, approved plans, and workmanship requirements.
• Examine architectural drawings, technical details, and project specifications to guide field execution.
• Share progress reports and work with internal teams, customers, and outside contractors to resolve construction obstacles.
• Coordinate deficiency corrections, completion reviews, required approvals, and final handover.

• Background directing building activities from initial site preparation through final turnover.
• Experience organizing trade contractors, supply deliveries, inspection requirements, and the order of work.
• Ability to monitor deadlines, reinforce safe work practices, and uphold project standards.
• Confidence handling unexpected site conditions and finding practical solutions.
• Minimum of three years in commercial building construction, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Familiarity with building techniques, field logistics, labor coordination, and timeline management.
• Ability to interpret architectural plans, engineering drawings, and written construction requirements.
• Understanding of OSHA guidelines and workplace hazard prevention.
• Current driver's license and ability to visit different project locations when needed.
• Strong decision-making, team leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.
• A dependable, detail-oriented work style with the ability to balance several priorities at once.

• Previous responsibility for directing commercial building crews or overseeing site execution.
• Experience preparing buildings for final review, correcting outstanding deficiencies, and coordinating client handover.
• Ability to establish positive working partnerships with customers, internal project teams, suppliers, and specialty contractors.
• OSHA 30 training credential.
