Minimum Hiring Annual Salary $52,612.00
Maximum Hiring Annual Salary $56,821.00
To attain the maximum annual salary, employee must meet all minimum qualifications plus:
- 5 (five) years of additional applicable work experience and/or degrees higher than minimum qualification degree. Degrees higher than the minimum qualification degree can be used in combination with additional work experience.
- A combination of related education, on-the-job work experience, certifications and/or licenses that results in a candidate successfully meeting the minimum qualifications of the position, may be considered.

The Aims2
UNC Student Success Coach serves the central function of providing appreciative advising and coaching to Aims2
UNC students. This position provides academic and transition advising, as well as resource referrals, to help students make informed decisions about their short- and long-term educational trajectories. This position serves as a success coach for students as they complete their Associate degrees at Aims and transition to the University of Northern Colorado (UNC) to complete a baccalaureate degree via the Aims2
UNC program and partnership. Although this position includes responsibilities regarding the advising components of the program, it will have a heightened focus on developing a sense of community and belonging within the Aims2
UNC cohort through timely and strategic programming. This will include planning, communicating, and executing events, workshops, and activities to supplement an individual’s academic journey with meaningful co-curricular activities.
In the spirit of appreciative advising pedagogy, the Student Success Coach I engages in student development activities to help students make proactive and effective decisions regarding their course and program choices. The Student Success Coach I will maintain an assigned caseload of advisees from the Aims2
UNC program and will engage in regularly scheduled meetings, proactive interventions/follow-ups, and be available for additional questions as the student’s primary point of contact within the program.
