Work Close to Home:Located overlooking the Flatirons in Boulder, Colorado, we will help you find a schedule that promotes work/life balance.
Responsibilities:The group psychotherapist will join the integrated care team at OMH, working alongside physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. This team-based approach ensures high-quality patient care.
Schedule Flexibility:- Daytime and evening group sessions available
- Typically held Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, with possible weekend or evening sessions
You focus on providing group therapy; our support team manages billing, documentation, and other administrative tasks. There are no on-call duties outside your scheduled sessions.

Leadership & Advancement:As a growing, clinician-led company, OMH offers opportunities for advancement to senior psychotherapist or site supervisor roles. Our site supervisors are dispersed geographically to support staff everywhere.
Education & Licensure:Must have completed an accredited program and hold licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in Colorado, with the ability to practice independently.
