• Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and member‑ready area

• Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicate with team members and adapt to business needs
• Demonstrate knowledge of business on the floor, back‑room operations, product safety, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
• Prepare meat products (cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming) according to established standards and maintain product quality
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
• Ensure operational excellence by maintaining work areas, meeting quality and date control standards, and supporting members with purchasing decisions
• Advocate for the department and the club by modeling high‑quality service and products, and exhibiting energy, commitment, and passion
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; use the Open Door Policy and apply related action plans
• Complete work assignments efficiently, prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and recommend improvements
