Base pay range

$21.00/hr - $29.00/hr

Position Summary & Responsibilities
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by creating and executing action plans.
  • Operate a forklift following company standards and guidelines to safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets.
  • Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners.
  • Receive, stock, and organize merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers throughout the facility, managing inventory flow and maintaining required documentation.
  • Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and supporting them on self‑service technology and purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain facility safety through safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, hazardous materials handling, and reporting unsafe situations.
  • Maintain sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with policies, including zoning, stocking, rotating merchandise, and monitoring security risks.
  • Ensure club pickup orders are filled and staged properly, auditing for accuracy as needed.
  • Handle inventory management tasks: track goods, maintain in‑stock levels, control shrinkage, and use inventory tools safely.
  • Operate and maintain forklifts safely, reporting any unsafe conditions or mechanical issues.
  • Assist customers with technology services and items, identifying shrink opportunities and maintaining organized equipment.
  • Model and help others with technology services and product organization.

Additional Compensation

Premiums may range from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification.
  • Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer Service Experience.
  • Retail Experience.
  • Experience supervising a team.
