Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review individual and small business tax returns
- Analyze client financial records to ensure accurate reporting
- Apply federal and state tax regulations and stay current on changes
- Advise customers face-to-face; identify eligible credits and deductions
- Research and resolve complex tax issues
- Educate clients on tax products and related tools (e.g., Turbo Tax and Quick Books)
- Support collaborative store operations while maintaining a client-first approach
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws
- Proficiency analyzing tax documents and financial data
- Excellent client communication and customer service skills
- Ability to research and interpret complex tax matters
- Comfort working with cloud-based tax and accounting tools
- Collaborative, inclusive mindset
