Intensive Care Nurse

ICU Registered Nurse (Neuro/Stroke) | Travel Contract | Evanston, IL

Position Title: ICU Registered Nurse (Neuro/Stroke)

Location: Evanston, IL

Start Date: 11/23 or any Monday thereafter

Shift: 12-Hour Rotating Days/Nights

Holiday Requirement: As Needed

Floating: Required to other inpatient units and North Shore locations (Skokie, Highland Park, Glenbrook)

On-Call: None

PAY DETAILS:

Hourly Pay: $60 - $70/hr

Required Qualifications

• Current BLS (AHA) certification.
• Current ACLS (AHA) certification.
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
  .
• Strong experience caring for Neuro and Stroke ICU patients
  .
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records
  .
• Must submit a passed EKG exam with application.
• Must be willing to float to other inpatient units and North Shore facilities as needed.

Ideal Profile:

Passed EKG assessment

BLS, ACLS & NIHSS certified

Flexible to float within the North Shore system

Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
