Primary Therapist – Azza Health Care Agency
We are a dedicated mental health organization in Oakley, Utah, offering a $300 monthly commuter stipend for commutes of 35+ miles. We are seeking a Primary Therapist to provide assessments, develop treatment plans, facilitate individual, family, and group therapies, and support clinical needs within a trauma-informed, Attachment-Based Family Therapy model.
- Communicate proactively with families and serve as the clinical contact.
- Complete risk assessments, safety plans, and documentation promptly.
- Coordinate treatment goals with the treatment team and conduct regular reviews.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and represent the organization professionally.
Requirements include a Master’s Degree or enrollment in a Doctorate program, licensure eligibility in UT, and experience working with adolescents.
