As a Sales Representative, you are accountable for engaging with existing and prospective customers, promoting products and services, and generating sales revenue.

• Uncapped commission earnings
• 1st year compensation plans range from $55,000-$95,000

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify opportunities. We are a people business at our core, treating both customers and associates with respect.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call potential customers to grow your book of business. We focus on being green and growing to continuously open new business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan your week in advance to prioritize customer visits and territory growth, focusing on bottom-up planning.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate our products to show their value and quality, investing about 80% of our spend in American-made products.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas using our proven sales programs and training. Our goal is to double sales every five years.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report back to customers on cost savings when supporting them in the field.

• Ability to travel within the assigned geographic area while maintaining necessary insurance coverage.
• Use of personal electronic device in compliance with company policies.
• Execution of an Employment Agreement and/or revised Employment Agreement prior to employment.
