Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Assistant role located in Evansville, IN. The Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operations of the office. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating appointments, maintaining records and documentation, responding to inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional duties may involve assisting with internal communications and organizing office activities to enhance workflow.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks such as record-keeping, scheduling, and handling correspondence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with professional interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email platforms.
  • A customer service-focused mindset and the ability to maintain confidentiality and build rapport with clients.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in administrative or office management are a plus.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred but not required.
