What You’ll Be Doing:Perform full vehicle detailing – interior and exterior – based on work orders
Clean and recondition surfaces: ceiling, carpet, seats, dashboard, windows, wheels, trim, and more
Wash, wax, buff, vacuum, polish, and dry vehicles with attention to every detail
Inspect vehicles and document any existing damage or needed enhancements
Keep tools and supplies in tip-top shape and work areas clean and organized
Safely transport vehicles to and from dealership or customer locations
Report any supply shortages, equipment issues, or customer concerns to management immediately
Communicate with the team and management to ensure efficient workflow and top-tier service
Strong work ethic with a focus on speed and quality
Dependability – prompt, consistent attendance is a must
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

QUALIFICATIONS:Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is minimally required
Prior automotive detailing experience is preferred — but we’re willing to train the right person!
A strong customer-focused mindset with a sense of pride in your work
Sense of urgency — our customers are counting on quick turnarounds
Comfort working in all weather conditions
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
High attention to detail — nothing gets past you
Physical ability to stoop, bend, twist, reach, and stand for long periods (with or without accommodation)
Must wear an approved uniform and maintain a professional appearance
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required and must be maintained
