About the role:

Atlas is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Product Specialist! The Product Specialist supports the Product Management team, bridging product development, sales, and customer satisfaction. Key duties include ensuring offerings align with market needs, supporting sales with technical expertise, and driving product performance improvement.

• Develop in‑depth knowledge of assigned product line(s), including features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
• Act as the go‑to resource for internal teams, agents, and customers regarding the product line.
• Support product managers in enabling agent sales teams with market positioning and sales‑ready materials.
• Assist in responding to RFIs/RFPs and customer inquiries with accurate product information and strategic pricing aligned with corporate policies.

• Enable agents by training and supporting them to position and promote Atlas services.
• Provide ongoing support and training to stakeholders for successful product performance.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify product improvement opportunities.
• Track, analyze, and compare performance metrics across product lines and programs, drawing from customer experience, operational, and financial indicators.

• Create and maintain product documentation, training materials, and FAQs.
• Conduct internal training sessions for agents and support teams.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 2‑4 years of experience in product management, marketing, business development, or sales support and/or equivalent combination of education and experience are required.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (sales, marketing, IT) and managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Proficiency in CRM and product lifecycle management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in transportation, logistics, or moving services industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Project management capabilities.
