Architect, Architect ​/ Sr. Architect

Morley is seeking an experienced Architect with 3+ years of professional experience to join our Evansville Architecture Team in an in-office role.

As a key member of our collaborative design team, you’ll contribute to public and commercial projects across a range of markets and scales. The ideal candidate is a creative problem‑solver who is passionate about design excellence and project delivery.

• Lead and support projects from concept design through construction administration
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communications
• Oversee and mentor team members to ensure high‑quality outcomes
• Develop detailed construction documents and renderings
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal team members to bring projects to life

• 3+ years of professional architectural experience
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools
• Strong design, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
