Required Skills:

• Active and Unrestricted Medical License in Indiana
• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB-GYN)
• Proven experience in obstetric inpatient care
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Prior experience as a hospitalist or in a similar inpatient setting
• Basic Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• At least 2 years of obstetric hospitalist experience
• Previous locum tenens assignment experience is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work weekend shifts
• Must provide current board certification and medical licensure
• Ability to travel within the region as needed
• Compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations
