SEVERAL OPEN POSITIONS

We are looking for several dynamic tutors to teach Reading and Math Monday‑Friday at Evansville public elementary and middle schools during and after school hours.

• Part‑Time: 10‑40 hours a week, Monday‑Friday, hours vary.

  Evansville Area Schools.
• Teaching 4th grade to 8th grade students Reading and Math.

  After School Hours (Starting at 2:30 PM).

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior teaching experience preferred.
• Valid teaching certificate preferred.

• With Bachelor’s Degree:
  From $17.00 per hour.
• With valid Teaching Certification:
  From $20.00 per hour.

• No homework to grade.
• Curriculum and supplies provided.
• Professional team of educators who help make a difference in the lives of students.

• Utilize Huntington Learning Center’s instructional procedures and curriculum.
• Work with the Lead Teacher and Program Director to implement instructional programs.
• Follow school policies and procedures; supervise students at all times, including escorting students safely to and from the classroom.
• Maintain student records of attendance and progress.
• Administer computerized baseline tests at established intervals.
