$140,000–$155,000 + Bonus
Lead enterprise-wide engineering strategy across multiple facilities. This role focuses on standardization, reliability strategy, and capital planning—not day-to-day plant maintenance. Partner with plant engineering and operations leaders to improve equipment reliability, throughput, safety, and long-term asset performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish corporate engineering standards and best practices across sites
- Serve as enterprise SME for equipment, utilities, and automation
- Lead cross-site reliability initiatives and root cause analysis
- Standardize PM/PdM programs and CMMS governance
- Support capital planning and execution (new lines, automation, upgrades)
- Review equipment specifications, layouts, and engineering designs
- Coach plant engineering leaders and maintenance management
- Partner with Operations, Quality, Safety, and Supply Chain leadership
Must-Have Requirements
- 5+ years manufacturing engineering, reliability, or maintenance experience
- Food or bakery manufacturing experience
- Multi-site or corporate engineering influence
- Strong PLC troubleshooting experience
- Proven experience with PM/PdM programs and reliability strategy
- Experience supporting capital projects and equipment specifications
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Highly Preferred
- Bachelor of Science Degree
- Allen-Bradley / Rockwell PLCs
- Corporate or regional engineering role
- Union manufacturing environment exposure
- Lean, Six Sigma, or reliability training
