Member Services Representative

Join to apply for the Member Services Representative role at Fitness Ventures, LLC (Crunch Fitness).

• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
• Facilitate any messages on club software at member check‑in
• Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain an atmosphere that makes members feel welcome
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
• Always maintain a professional disposition
• Sell retail products
• Schedule member services: tanning, hydro‑massage, etc.
• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
• Know club facility, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Team Member Handbook

• Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification
• Experience working with children
• Certifications, as local/state laws require

• Lift 10 lbs. on occasion
• Stand, bend, and squat frequently
• Climb and hang decorations when needed

• All applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
• All applicants must be eligible to work in the United States pursuant to both state and federal requirements and maintain that eligibility throughout employment. Applicants must notify Fitness Ventures LLC immediately if eligibility changes and provide proof of eligibility, including e‑Verification documentation
