Mortgage Loan Consultant; Onsite - Indianapolis

• Assist customers in selecting loan products and securing loan approvals
• Collaborate with builder partners to facilitate sales via mortgage financing
• Originate loans in accordance with company policies and guidelines
• Prepare and distribute all necessary Federal and State disclosures
• Maintain strong business relationships and provide loan status updates

• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage lending experience or completion of an internal training program
• Current Residential Mortgage Loan Originator state license required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC, FHA/VA/USDA guidelines necessary
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to manage time effectively

• Home building experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to manage a sizable pipeline to meet builder needs
• Proficiency in using communication tools including Microsoft Suite
• Experience in delivering outstanding customer service in a professional manner
• Ability to work overtime during busy seasons
