Mortgage Post Closing​/Servicing Processor; Escrow Focus

Liberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is currently seeking a Mortgage Post Closing/Servicing Processor (with Escrow Focus). The candidate must possess excellent member service skills with attention to detail. Previous escrow experience is preferred as this position will focus on processing escrow accounts. The candidate will be scheduled for a 40-hour work week and must be available to work Saturdays on a rotating basis.

• Perform all aspects of escrow/servicing functionalities after the loan has closed, including:
  • Set-up new escrow accounts and process escrow transactions
  • Assist with disbursing property tax, homeowner's insurance, flood insurance & PMI bills
  • Research and resolve loan issues to conclusion
  • Assist with accuracy review of input to computer loan system
  • Payment research
  • Work collaboratively with accounting for all accounting reconciliations
• Assist with tickets in the escrow ticketing system
• Provide excellent member service when fielding servicing calls from employees and members
• Complete the boarding process for new, renewed and modified mortgage loans
• Process and correct mortgage transactions in the servicing software
• Develop a working knowledge of the credit union's data and word processing systems
• Serve on the Saturday schedule on a rotating basis
• Develop an understanding of credit union history, philosophy, organization, bylaws, and operational procedures
• Any other duties assigned by management
