Speech Therapist role with Holiday Health Care—join a Leading Home Health & Rehabilitation Team. Based on the north side of Evansville, our home health and rehabilitation services support patients across Vanderburgh, Warrick, Dubois, Gibson, Perry, Spencer, Pike, and Posey counties.

• Deliver individualized speech therapy services as prescribed in treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor therapy procedures to help patients achieve their goals.
• Travel to patients in rehabilitation facilities, nursing homes, or their homes.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with agency policies and care standards.

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• At least 1 year of supervised experience working with adult patients
• Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathology License
• Membership and certification from ASHA (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable auto insurance for travel to patient locations
