- Base pay: $17.00/hr – $18.00/hr
- Shift differential: $1.00 for overnight hours (9 p.m. – 7 a.m.)

DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL ROLE- Take pride in client-centered care and ability to make a positive difference.
- Develop authentic relationships with clients; foster a family-like environment.

- Participate in clients’ favorite activities and outings in the community.
- Monitor & support client goals to promote confidence & independence.
Additionally, you will support clients by providing direct care — assisting with personal hygiene and hands‑on care. If you are an understanding, team‑oriented, positive person, you will succeed at Easterseals.

- Education:
High School Diploma, equivalent, or an Easterseals Reading Test. - Experience:
No experience needed; paid training provided. - Strengths:
Organized, good communication, reliable, team‑oriented. - Requirements:
Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
