Position OverviewWe are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and support clients in developing essential skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, home, or community settings
- Implement behavior intervention plans created by the supervising BCBA
- Accurately collect data on client behaviors and skill acquisition
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and colleagues
- Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision
- Maintain active RBT certification and adhere to all BACB ethical standards
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Active RBT certification through the BACB (required)
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and manage time effectively
- Successful completion of a background check and compliance with all state requirements
