Auditor - Night Job Evansville area,Indiana USA,Hospitality / Hotel / Catering

Join to apply for the Auditor - Night role at Bally’s Corporation.

Responsibilities include:

Checking guests in and out of hotel when needed.

Performing complete night audit functions.

Providing written documentation to supervisor of all errors found relative to rates, rate codes, adjustments, etc.

Distributing reports to all areas needed.

Working with lodging & gaming systems in processing reservations.

Correcting problems during close day procedures.

Addressing guest complaints during shift.

Registering guests correctly and following service standards.

Obtaining appropriate credit/payment for guests’ stay.

Issuing room keys to guests.

Settling/closing guest accounts upon departure.

Closing out shift correctly.

Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs., walk, push, pull, grasp, reach, stoop, bend, twist, and climb stairs.

Understanding and communicating in English.

Knowledge of Indiana Gaming regulations and company policies.

Standing and walking for 7+ hours.

Following Company Service Standards.

Availability for scheduled work, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications:

Experience in audit functions and revenue or hotel management required.
