As a National Sales Recruiter for TQL, you are responsible for finding top talent for our sales departments across the organization. We seek a high-energy, top-producing recruiter with excellent communication skills. You will manage the entire recruiting process and collaborate directly with your dedicated hiring managers.

What you’ll be doing:
- Establish and cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to attract top talent
- Understand current and future hiring needs through communication with hiring managers
- Generate candidate flow using various sourcing methods
- Conduct phone screens and oversee the entire interview process from sourcing to offer
- Document conversations, interview progress, offers, and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
- Accurately process onboarding paperwork and candidate dispositions
What you need:
- 1+ year of successful full-cycle recruiting experience preferred, but not required
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with a competitive base salary and bonus plan
- Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships quickly with hiring managers
