The Bilingual HR Coordinator will help with day‑to‑day HR functions such as onboarding, record keeping, employee communication, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment that supports both office and field employees.
Responsibilities- Assist with new hire onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records and personnel files
- Support payroll and timekeeping documentation as needed
- Help coordinate employee communications, training, and meetings
- Translate documents and communications between English and Spanish
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Provide general administrative support to HR and management
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to assist with occasional transport duties
- Previous HR or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
