Evansville, IN, is the preferred location, but candidates in our primary locations of Baltimore, Charlotte, and Dallas will be considered.

Hybrid - 60%; 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Top 3 Skills - Active Directory, Azure, Server Support

We are looking for a System admin with skills in Active Directory, Azure, Windows OS, Linux OS, file share management, and Power Shell scripting. Experience with Service Now or another ITSM tool, Confluence, and Jira is preferred. Soft skills are essential, including collaboration, talking with non-technical users, and a positive outlook. The role demands that a candidate be self-motivated and can work independently.

• At least 3-5+ years of troubleshooting and break fix analysis in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ansible, Power Shell, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Arista Switches, Windows Server, Linux Servers, ACP USP, Confluence, Service Now, Jira, Grafana OnCall, Azure, Written and verbal skills, Remote Administration

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred or 5+ years of related experience.
