Sage X3 Functional Consultant – O2C Experience

Hybrid Work Mode – 3 days in office.

Duration: 6 months to 1 year

Contract – W2/C2C/1099

We are seeking an experienced Sage X3 Functional Consultant to lead and support end-to-end ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of Sage X3 modules especially Order-to-Cash (O2C) and strong experience collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, well-governed ERP solutions.

• Lead end-to-end Sage X3 implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Conduct functional workshops with business users across Finance, Sales, Distribution, Production, and Supply Chain.
• Configure and optimize O2C processes: customer setup, quotations, sales orders, deliveries, invoicing, credit management, and pricing.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development, integrations, and customizations.
• Perform UAT, create documentation, and provide training to end users.
• Work closely with technical teams on data migration, interfaces, and custom reports (Crystal, SEI, etc.).
• Troubleshoot functional issues and ensure system stability and user adoption.
• Support continuous improvement, process re-engineering, and best practices within Sage X3.

• 4-8 years of experience as a Sage X3 Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with at least 2 full-cycle Sage X3 implementations.
• Strong expertise in Sales, Distribution, Inventory, and O2C workflows.
• Ability to create functional documentation (FSDs, process flows, test scripts).
• Experience working with finance and supply chain teams on cross-functional processes.
• Familiarity with data migration, integrations, and Sage X3 development frameworks (nice to have).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with SEI Reporting / Crystal Reports.
• Knowledge of other modules like P2P, Manufacturing, or Finance.
• Exposure to cloud or hybrid Sage X3 environments.
